Measure& Reduce Energy Use

Use of energy-efficient LED lights, desktops and TV

LED screens and sustainable lighting use less energy than traditional screens, which can lead to significant energy savings across long days and multiple events. This reduction in energy consumption can help events to become more sustainable and reduce their carbon footprint.

Key card-controlled electricity in guest rooms

Key card systems allow electricity to be switched off automatically when guest rooms are vacated, thus avoiding needless consumption of electricity (e.g. from TVs and lights).

Double glazed window

Double glazed windows are highly efficient, reducing your heat loss. Double glazing works much like woolen clothing and fiberglass batts. It traps air between the two layers.

Switch & Save

Behavioral change of all staff on Switching off lights, desktops when not in use.

Motion sensor lights

Installation of motion sensor lights in handicapped room reduces the electricity consumption and provide a convenient way to ensure that lights and other systems are only activated when needed.

Installed sensor faucets in all public areas comfort rooms, low-flow showerheads, dual flush toilets with signage.

These fixtures employ innovative design and technology to optimize water usage, saving gallons of water with each use. Conserving water not only helps combat water scarcity but also lowers water bills, benefiting both the environment and company.

Reduction on the use of SUP packaging materials and transition into  eco-friendly & biodegradable materials  like paper, cardboard, bagasse, ground coffee and starch.

BYOT or bring your own tumbler. 

Customers & employees are encourage to bring their own tumblers. In return, will receive a special discount at wallstreet. Impacts in reduction in use of packaging materials.

Bento box offerings in events 

Reduce the waste heading to landfill especially those categorized as “Potentially recyclable waste".

Installation of ORCA's Food digester 

divert most of the food waste from landfill. Food waste will be converted into wastewater and goes directly to the STP.

Partnered with GUUN CO. LTD – Philippines Branch who is a plastic recycling company. 

Convert recyclable plastic waste into a FLUFF FUEL - an alternative for coal.

Unboxing In Receiving 

Impacts on reduction of residual waste coming from the suppliers by unboxing of frozen/chilled items during receiving to remove the secondary packaging materials and to be brought back by suppliers in their respective plants/office/warehouse.

Put-up of Hydroponic Garden 

where produce are considered insecticide-free. With vegetables just within the premise, it reduced the carbon footprints coming from Suppliers.
